Q: The Rainbow™ proofer is jamming, what should be done to correct this?

Ensure that the machine is on a solid and level table.
Fan the paper and ensure that the cassette is not overfilled.
Ensure that the cassette end slider is set for WB and not pushed to the end.
Check the paper in the tray for waves or crinkles.
Follow the Operator's Guide and clean the Rainbow™ proofer giving particular emphasis to the paper feed roller.
Ensure that the paper guide is closed.
If jamming occurs after an ink ribbon change, ensure that the ribbon is properly seated, the supply roll is in the rear, there are 2 turns of ribbon on the take-up roll, and the lettering between the yellow and black sheets, is on the left and right reading.
